Albuquerque, NM (July 19, 2024) – On Friday, July 19, at least one person sustained injuries in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area. The accident took place early that morning at around 2:48 a.m. near the 1180 block of Alvarado Drive SE. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched in order to provide aid to the involved parties.
The severity of the resulting injuries has not been determined. The injured parties were transported to local hospitals by ambulance after being treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. The circumstances leading to the crash are still unknown. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site and reopen the road to outside traffic. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
